Question: I have a zit on my behind. It is not a wart. It is located on the padded part of my butt.
What can I use to make it go away?

For your zit treatment, I suggest you apply topical clindamycin gel (glocin gel) over pimple.

Topical ice also can be applied to reduce pain and swelling.

Avoid wearing tight jeans and tight underwear.

Keep your affected area clean.

You can post photo of lesion if possible to look it and give further comment if needed.
