default
Posted on Thu, 23 Jun 2022
Question: I have a white painless lump that grows no larger than a marble during a bowel movement then shrinks back down after a bowel movement within 30-45 seconds. My feces contain no blood and there is no pain. It is on one side if I check it in the mirror. the lump grows no larger and never bleeds. The lump continuous the same and is not going away. I've been keeping Emunaid Blue on it. What do you think it is?

Brief Answer:
It could be engorged vein

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
It could be engorged vein.
You should get proctoscopy done, to confirm it.
It could be due to increased intra-abdominal pressure.
Also get ultrasound whole abdomen done.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
