I Have A Sore On My Penis. Have Been Treated

Question: I have a sore on my penis. have been treated with several different onintments but sore is not clearing up. Did online search and would appear I have a chancroid sore. Azithroycin seems to be the recomended treatment but not one of the drugs I have been treated with. I 85 and not sexually active so didnt' come from there

Start taking antibiotics like Erythromycin twice daily along with tropical antibiotics ointment like Neosporine twice daily

Ensure to wash your genital with warm water twice daily
