Question: I have a rope burn on my ankle, it’s about three inches long and I see yellow. It hurts but I’m mainly concerned about infection. Should I see a doc and how do I care for it so it doesn’t get infected?

when did you sustained this burn, is it superficial? ,any pus out there? it is better if you can share a pic of it to understand better.you can apply betadine ointment over it if its superficial and non infected and if its already infected you need proper antibiotic course.
