Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" for your query.
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns.

On our face there is an artery called facial artery....Along it's path it divides into 5 different arteries called branches of facial artery.
Most of the times these arteries are deep seated but sometimes they may get a bit superficial.
Blood flows through artery at a very high pace hence when it passes through any superficial artery you may feel pulsations/beating.
I don't thing there is any thing pathologically wrong.
Unless it's irritating you to much there is no need to worry.

Few details required
1)Are you smoker?
2)Are you an alcoholic?
3)Any types of drugs or medication you are using?
4)Fat on cheeks high or low i.e built is lean or muscular or fatty?
5)Any disease history?

Hope I was helpful.
Thanks you.

Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
3.i mentioned already my medicine -not showing anything on my timeline.

If its annoying you then you could consult a aesthetic surgeon.Very likely its not a medical condition rather so how the the artery has become superficial.
If the condition continues for few more days then consult a aesthetic surgeon for the same.
Is the feeling continues or occurs occasionally?
Thank you!
