I Have A Problem Where I Am Having Loose Motion

Question: I have a problem where I am having loose motion and occasional vomiting. The biggest concern and reason am reaching out to you doctor is that the loose motion is rather uncontrollable than I have experienced in the past. Am not able to handle the urge to go to restroom for even one minute. Can you pls help with remedy for this ? One would certainly need few minutes to find the restroom especially when you are outside home. Thanks a lot
