Brief Answer:
Can be a groin muscle pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The buzzing and throbbing can be due to stress caused by squats and yard work. This can cause a muscle stiffness in the area thus causing the pain. The pain in the groin area is not likely to be due to spine. You need to take some rest and avoid all the painful movements. Taking a mild pain killer will also help. You can get an oral muscle relaxant prescribed in case these do not help.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
