I Had Protected Sex With Someone About 12 Weeks Am Worried That I May Have Gotten The Person Pregnant Im Worried Please Help.
Question: Hello,
I had protected sex with someone about 12 weeks ago. The condom didn't break, but I did ejaculate into it. We didn't have sex very long and I took the condom off and it looked fine and there didn't seem to be any sperm anywhere, but in the condom. I have been riddled with anxiety over the past few weeks and am worried that I may have gotten the person pregnant. I don't want to call her, but I am wondering what are the chances of me getting someone pregnant in a one time situation like this if the condom didn't break? Is this something that I should be worried about? I do have anxiety issues and don't normally have one night stands and I know the anxiety is part of the problem, but I am looking for an answer from someone knowledgable. The information on the internet is all over the place, so I wanted to ask a professional who has experience with pregnancies.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are very low.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
Having a protected sex with ejaculation inside the intact condom decreases the chances of pregnancy to less than 5%. This can happen due to the precum that touches the vagina or inside before putting on the condom. If you used the condom right from the beginning then there is no need to worry. The chances of pregnancy are almost nil in that case.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Hello,
Thanks for your prompt answer. I have one more question if you don't mind. Is it possible for a woman to not know she is pregnant say for three months? Do most women find out if they are pregnant before say 10-12 weeks? I am just wondering if she would not know and if that could be a reason why I haven't heard anything from her. Thanks again for listening to my concerns.

Hello again,
Sorry, but I checked the calendar and it has actually been about 14-16 weeks. Thanks again.

Brief Answer:
Not likely to remain undetected.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
It is highly unlikely for a woman not to detect about her pregnancy till 14-16 weeks. This only happens if the woman is breast feeding her previous baby and she is not having a regular periods.
Hope my answer is helpful.
