Question: I had handjob from csw in early April. Immidiately next morning a white ring with normal skin inside it appeared on glans penis. Burning sensation in urination stayed for 2-3 days.the last handjob was very rough and dry.no oral or vaginal sex. The white painless, no discharge ring (friction burn)type went away in 4 days with medication. In August used hair oil for masturbation, got itching around penile hole for 6-7 days and went away itself. No holes, scars, sores, discharge ever noticed, glans penis is clear. Am I having herpes going by the symptoms. No any inflammation or any other symptoms.HIV test is negative.i am sexually not involved with anyone (general partner or csw) after or before that.

Brief Answer:
Not herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

A handjob is not a risk for transmission of herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection. HSV infection is transmitted through either vaginal, anal or oral sex. Moreover, genital herpes usually presents as genital sores along with pain and burning sensation.

Take care
