Also of note from today's labs: Neutrophils: 74%, Lymphocytes 17%, Monocytes 3%, Eosinophils 2%, Basophils 1%, Band 3%, Cells counted 100# cells, Platelet estimation: increased, WBC Morph: normal, Microcytosis: normal, Large platelets: normal. Brief Answer:
You may have reactive thrombocytosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

From your results I can see that you have elevated platelets count and wbc count. But they are decreasing now. So mostly it is due to reactive thrombocytosis and it will come down to normal. It may be due to some infection.

So overall your reports are good and does not indicate any serious illness.

Your JAK 2 and BCR ABL reports are submitted. But in my opinion mostly they will come negative. So don't worry much abouts that.

Rest all parameters are normal except slight low level of iron.

Please give me follow up with your submitted lab reports.

Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
