Question: I had a wart removed from alomost under ,y scrodum. I had these done before I knew the drill.
This was a new doctor for me since I moved from ND to LA for work. Had the wart removed Thursday morning. Went back to work on Thursday afternoon and a full day friday. Saturday, I notice my nut sack is swollen and tender to the touch. I figure I'll go down in time.
It is Monday. the amount of swelling has all most swallowed my dick and the swelling begins at the top base of the penis (front hqir line_and swallows the nut sack.
On touch, the nut sack feels hard- the balls are seperatedm they seem sore, the swelling r=cotinues to the anus- huts to sit, stabd, walk, wear lpants. My cock os stff to piss- it has no choice--The question is simple, is this normal for an area to get swollen and tender to the touch a few days after renoval ofa w=art? If it is, I'll si=uk it up, if not, I;ll throw my nut sack over my shoulder abd get tge tge er

Brief Answer:
bacterial infection with spreading cellulitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, swelling scrotum, penis extending upto
anus region suggest most likely cellulitis following bacterial infection
spreading below skin layers starting from the operated site and usual bug
is staph aureus.

* Though minor fullness with pain is common at the site of removal of wart
for a period of 1-2 days, this much amount of pain, extent of swelling and
discomfort is not normal recovery at all.

* You must seek ER visit, as this requires broad spectrum antibiotic, anti
inflammatory medicines to resolve at best possible manner before
infection spreads to the system.

However, if you can provide me a photo pic of the swelling ( if possible and no objection ), further comments can be figured out here.

Wish you best recovery.
Regards.
