Question: I grind my teeth constantly and have suffered from tinnitus for almost 30 years. I%E2%80%99m 63 now and its really aggravating. Its always there 100%25 of my waking life. Not that brusking is the only cause but its part if it. I can also make it louder by turning my head or extending my jaw forward. I%E2%80%99m looking for advice as to what your first impression of this description is and suggestion what to do. Thank you.

Well, many a times if you have teeth grinding habit then it can cause problems with the jaw joint .

This can lead to Tinnitus, that can be a common cause other than ear related problems.

So first of all consult an Oral Physician and get evaluation and a Panoramic x ray has to be done..

Accordingly the cause can be ruled out and treated.
