Brief Answer:
doesn't seem to be concerning, please see the detailed answer below...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...

Well, since it's more than 24hrs already, and there are no other symptoms like black-outs/loss of consciousness, severe vomiting or headache, sudden jerky movements of any of the body parts or any decreased sensation over any body parts; I don't see any reasons to be concerned about at this point...

The pressure feeling will eventually go away (may take up to a week or so)...

Just apply some ice compression (a bag of frozen peas will be helpful) over the affected area three times daily for the next 1-2 days...

For pain, you may take a mild painkiller i.e. Acetaminophen 650mg up to three times daily for the next 2-3 days and observe how you stay afterwards...Avoid getting into any strenuous activities for the time being...

Let me know if I can assist you further...
Wish you good health...

Take Care
Kind Regards
