Question: I found Small spot of blood in the front of my underwear. No pain very clear urine. Has this happened about 20 years ago and again about nine or 10 years ago. And just the other day. 58-year-old male. Did not happen at the beginning or the end of any urination cycle. Looks like happened after a little bit of physical activity, “build a table. Never remembering having a urinary track problem ever. Six months ago was put on blood pressure medication one of those Is a water pill. Because of that I do urinate frequently but always clear not terribly concerned Just curious

Based on the facts that you have noticed small spot of blood in under ware that you have noticed could be blood from superficial surface of enlarged prostate which is common at this age .

Considering the associated frequency for urination that you have Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine Urine analysis .
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Endoscopic examination of urinary passage and bladder (Cystocopy) if required

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Ensure to drink more water .
