Brief Answer:
should not have any complications if CT is normal

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the CT scan is completely normal with no residual evidence of bleeding then as your neurologist stated, it is fine to resume your normal activities with no limitations.

The chances of having complications related to your bleed are very low and it should not have any impact on your ability to have a normal life.
Once you continue to live a healthy lifestyle, you should not have any issues related to this bleed.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
CT is normal, no complications related to this bleed

Detailed Answer:
HI

The normal CT means that there are no permanent changes to the brain from the bleed.

Since the CT was normal and there are no residual/long term changes, you should not have any complications or issues or problems related to this bleed as stated by your neurosurgeon and/or neurologist.
