Question: I feel like going to urination very often I feel the urgency but only some urine comes and that peeing sensation doesn't go what should I do please help

You have not mentioned your gender and age in your query .

Based on the facts that you have posted increased frequency with urgency for urination that you have is mostly due to UTI.

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute

Thank you Dr XXXXXXX I am 26 year old woman as of now I am using clingen forte which was given during my pregnancy for white discharge should i complete the course or visit doctor 1st?
