Question: I can’t breathe in or blow anything out of my left nostril. I have had a stuffy or plugged nose for almost four weeks now, But now it is totally blocked. I have used a Netti pot,hot compresses, steam, nose drops, but nothing works. I think I have a sinus infection. I also have a little sore throat from the drainage I don’t have a fever though. It also hurts under my eye and gives me a little headache.

Brief Answer:
Sinusitis possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think it can be sinusitis according to your symptoms.
You may need to use decongestants such pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine.
Use nasal decongestants such naphasoline ( found OTC in pharmacy) for 3to5 days. Continue rinsing with saline water. You also can use corticosteroid spry such budesonide.
Use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache.
If still you don't feel better you may need antibiotics.
