Question: I am having right hand stiffness when I wake up in the morning. Last month I was in Florida. There I felt pain in hand when I used to go to sleep. I took 1200mg calcium and 25mcg vit D3 capsule. it helped me in night pain. but morning stiffness is there. I do exercise every day.

I have read your query and in my understanding you are suffering from either osteopenia or Carpal tunnel syndrome.
I would get NCV Both Upper limbs , Blood Levels of Vit D3.
In the meantime start any combination or pregabalin + Methycobal on daily basis+ any anti inflammatory pain killer.
Rest of the treatment would depend on the cause.
