Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor

I have gone through your query. Lower abdomen pain can be due to a colic or urinary infection or stone etc. I would suggest you take painkillers such as Tab. Brufen or Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when required. Avoid spicy foods, drink citric juice such as lemon or orange juice. Drink plenty of water around 3 to 4 lts/day.

In case it persists, it is best to meet a physician for a detailed examination and treatment. You may require a Urine test and culture. USG Abdomen and KUB.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.

As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

You can take Dolo up to 4 times a day maximum. Fruits and vegetables such as banana stem juice, oranges, lemon juice, cucumber, watermelon etc may help.

As you are having pain for more than a week, I would suggest you get blood, urine test, and ultrasound.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
