Question: I am facing headaches issues everyday due to which I am not able to do daily activities, unable to concentrate. one day my mind goes positive, another day my mind goes negative and get mood swings. kindly suggest what to do.

And you must consult them in person as physical examination is required to understand what is going on.

I strongly recommend you to visit your nearest neurologist promptly and get yourself examined.

You may have to get an MRI scan of the head and brain done if required.

The mood swings can also be related to the same problem, that also needs to be investigated together with headaches.
