Posted on Fri, 22 May 2020
Question: I am asking for my boyfriend who refuses to go to a doctor. hes 30 years old and been having problems with erections, orgasms and his testicle. Not all the time but sometimes (and its been happening more and more) he cant maintain an erection. Also sometimes hit left ball hurts, and he feels like on his abdomen on the left hand side near his leg and pubic hair it feels like something pinched. the tube that that feeds into the testicle on the left feels twice as long as the other and feels all swiggly, tangled up and like its inflamed. when hes been trying to masturbate, even though hes arroused it takes hours for him to orgasm and as hes just about to ejaculate it feels like somethings blocked.

Brief Answer:
Needs to consult qualified Urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts that you have posted your boyfriend seems to have Varicocele on left side. However diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and by doing Colour Doppler Study Of Scrotum.

In the meantime he can take analgesic like Brufen twice daily .

Further treatment will be decided by him based on clinical findings and final diagnosis

Thanks and Regards
