Sterching the legs and neck will help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Sitting continuously for long hours causes soreness in the legs and calves. While sitting you can keep the legs on a footrest so that the blood does not pool in the legs. You can also keep the toes moving inside the shoes. You can also take frequent stretch breaks. Correct sitting posture:
- Support your back.
- Adjust your chair height so that you can use the keyboard with your wrists and forearms straight and level with the floor.
- Place your screen at eye level.
- Place your keyboard in front of you when typing. Leave a gap of about four to six inches at the front of the desk to rest your wrists between bouts of typing.
- Position and use the mouse as close to you as possible.
- Your screen should be as glare-free as possible.
Stretching the neck will also help. You can learn simple exercises while sitting on desk at your physiotherapist.
I hope this answers your query.
