Brief Answer:
Not a condition of big concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query and here is my explanation.

It is normal to have some vision changes after passing from sunlight to a darker place, or when you focus the sight for too long.

Recent vision problems, in the other hand, are more likely to be caused by dropping of blood pressure after you stand from laying or sitting.

So, the eyes should be good since this was confirmed by your Optometrist.

I think that you should monitor your blood pressure for a couple of days and in different body positions ( laying, sitting and standing ).

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
