Question: I accidentally sent another email to XXXXXXX that I had not intended to send for another two weeks...it was totally an accident as I have been feeling a bit better...is that going to demolish all of my efforts to keep him from becoming more paranoid. My hope has been to weaken his delusions and to somehow get him to respond tome. I am so upset by this...again the email sailed on through which is somewhat confusing as he doesn't ever respond..yet as you say I am beginning to have some hope that maybe he will respond. At this point anything I have to say to him I am putting in a Word document so that this does not happen again...

If you have sent the mail accidentally then nothing can be done so no need to worry. Please try to be calm and if possible avoid mailing him frequently. As per my opinion even if you have mailed a little earlier even then this will not result in any adverse effects so please don't feel bad. Keep your hopes alive and from now onwards save your future XXXXXXX in word documents so that any accidental sending will be avoided.
