HI Paulshuvajit 12,
Thanks for the query. It understand your concern.
You have gallbladder stones one of 3mm size &others are very small multiple calculi.
Please don't worry...the gall stones are symptomless...&symptomless calculi can dissolve with some self care &medicines..You are already taking Ulysis 300 twice a day.
Self care-
1. Routine exercises burn excessive fats &help in dissolving stones/prevent new stone formation(under expert guidance)
2.Apple juice/apple cider vinegar
3..Fat free diet..avoid deep fried food or oily,spicy food,bakery products.Use herbs,spices to flavor your food.No oil,clear butter or butter,margarine etc.
Eat whole cereal,bread,brown rice.
5.Consultation of doctor for medication.&recovery assessment
Be in touch with a gastroenterologist for regular check up &usg scans
6* Till the time you don't have symptoms..follow this. Mostly you would be free of the problem.
*If at all you start getting sumptoms(abdominal right sided pain, pain in back..associated with nausea&vomiting) consult your doctor.
I hope that helps you.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.

HI Paulshuvajit12,
Thanks for the follow up query.
Actuelly what your surgeon says is true. The XXXXXXX 3mm stone can be the problem. But diameter of bile duct is 4.1 mm on an average....that's why I did not think about it.
I had suggested according to information given in query...but anyway, the advise given by your surgeon (after examining yourself&your usg scan personally..)..must be taken as a practical advise in your case..
, About your fear, be a strong boy with positive thinking.Sustaing&healing is excellent in young age like yours.
If you want you can have a second opinion from an expert gastrointestinal surgeon , before going for surgery.
Wishing you all the best!
I hope that satisfies you.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks

HI Paulshuvajit12,
Thanks for the follow up query
In case the symptoms are severe, repeated, causing obstruction of bile duct...it's advisable to go for removal of stones by-
-Lithography.. Where gall bladder is functioning normally, stones are crushed by ultra sound waves&flushed away(no incision or anesthesia is needed. The treating surgeon decides its application according to gall bladder normality&patients health.
-Surgical removal of gall bladder- It gives a pain free ,smooth life..
Only thing needed is to avoid fats in diet/increase fibers in diet &eat small servings multiple times...in order to avoid digestion problems following surgery.
I hope that helps.Any more information you want please do ask.
Thanks
