Brief Answer:
Please give some additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query, albeit very short.
Noted the history.
Male - 83 - Pain on the right side - OTC - no relief - wants to know what to do next.

Some additional details would have helped me to assist you better:

Since how long is the pain present?
What is the type of pain: burning, twisting, cutting or a dull ache?
Where exactly is the pain?
Any associated symptoms like bloating, nausea, vomiting, loose stools or hard stools?
Any urinary symptoms?
What are the factors that increase the pain?

Since the pain is not relieved and if it is worsening/unbearable, it is better to consult a Doctor/ go to the ER to have clinical evaluation and investigations as per the clinical history and findings.
Meanwhile, take an anti-spasmodic like Dicyclomine.
Take antacids/PPI like Omeprazole 20mg once daily.

Please give these details and ask in case of any further queries.

Awaiting...
With Regards.
