Brief Answer:
Natural foods and supplements together.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Probiotics help regain natural flora. Apart from it, there are many foods than has probiotic effects like yogurt, sauerkraut, miso soup, soft cheese, kefir, sourdough bread, sour pickles, tempeh, asparagus, Jerusalem artichokes, bananas, oatmeal, red wine, honey, maple syrup, and legumes etc are very good in pro and pre biotic properties and help gut restore their bacterial colony. Consult your dietitian for further guidance.

I hope it helps. Take good c are of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
