My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
A foreign body if present has to be removed.If it is not inspected,then washing with plain water may dislodge it.This is for all practical purposes an ocular emergency.
It will be a good idea to go to ER to rule out if there is no further complications like corneal ulcer.
In the meanwhile continue with these drops.,as the drop will take care of infection.
