How To Remove Dark Tan?
Question: Hello,
1. I will buy 'kojivit plus' or 'kojiglo cream' at night. whether it needs to be left on face /skin from morning to evening!? pls clarify on this.
2. only sunscreen is enough in day time? no other cream required?
3. Also, I mentioned about my forearms & fingers. what cream to apply to remove the dark complexion as forearms is tough skin compared to face? also this area has been exposed to sun light for more time than face & other parts. I want my forearms & fingers to have the same fair color of my arms (inner biceps)
pls answer to the questions in the same serial number (point wise)

You have to apply kojivit plus cream or kojiglo cream at night and leave it overnight.
Wash your face in the morning.
Sunscreen alone has to be applied during the day time and repeated after every 3-4 hours.
On the forearm and finger skin you can apply glycolic acid 12 percent cream ( GA 12 or Glyco A ) at night and leave at ovennight.

Doctor, should I apply Sun screen lotion in day even if i am indoor (while in office)? Because I reach office by 9am & leave in evening. Indoor on weekdays. So asking
