Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
If your girlfriend has had her periods, it is very unlikely that she is pregnant. Stomach aches are very nonspecific symptoms and can occur in many cases. The only chance that she is pregnant can be that some women experience vaginal bleeding during initial phases of pregnancy which can be mistaken as bleeding during periods. However, that can be easily ruled out by doing a pregnancy test. It is very easy to perform and gives more or less correct results.
So considering your girlfriend has had her periods and hence she can not be pregnant, still to be completely sure and to rule out all possibilities, I would advise a pregnancy test to be done.

Hope i have answered your question.
If you have any further questions i will be happy to help.
Regards.
