Question: Hi, if I had my period on march 10th, and had unprotected sex every weekend after with march 31rst being the last encounter, and on this specific encounter he didn't orgasm, and. Took the morning after pill 8 hrs later. 5 days after the last encounter I took an at home pregnancy test and was positive (April 5th).... On April 18th, I had a dating ultrasound and it dated me at 5 weeks 4 days. What is the likelihood that the pregnancy was caused from the march 31rst encounter?!

If you had a scan saying you are 5 weeks pregnant on 18th April, then you have conceived during the fertile phase after your LMP on march 10th. That would approx be around 24-25th march. 31st march would be out of the fertile phase. Hence you had to have concieved before that.
