Brief Answer:
Daroloac is prebiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Loose motions are common in babies, especially when we are introducing solid food. These are self-limiting and resolve in few days time. Best is to prepare formula in Cleaner drinking water. ORS be given after every loose stool.

Regarding darolac, its a prebiotic (not an antibiotic). Its not a primary treatment for diarhea. It can be given half XXXXXXX (1g) once daily or in 2-3 divided doses. It can be mixed in water or even milk to give a uniform consistency.
Natural foods like curd, yogurt are also similar to Darolac.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
