Brief Answer:
Get contrast CT Scan or I.V.P done to rule out Ureteric Stricture

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

I have gone through our previous discussion on this problem ,
The recent Ultrasound Scanning done not reveal presence of stone at UV Junction which was detected earlier .However there is persistent dilatation of ureter (Hydroureter) proximal to the site of stone which was reported earlier .This can be due to narrowing of ureter (stricture) resulting from long standing obstruction of the ureter due to stone which in recent scan is not revealed .May be the stone has passed out after doing first Scan .

Considering the present status reported in scan It is mandatory to do either contrast C.T KUB or I,V.P to assess or to rule out the possibility of ureteric stricture to plan out further modality of treatment .

You can consult Urologist any of the major corporate hospitals in XXXXXXX ,

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
