Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that these blood pressure values are borderline.

The optimal blood pressure values in your clinical situation would be between 120 and 130mm Hg for the systolic blood pressure values.

For this reason, I would recommend trying to reduce further salt and caffeine intake in your diet and perform a lot of physical activity.

If your systolic blood pressure values are above 130mm Hg, even after following the above tips, I would recommend starting low dose of anti-hypertensive drugs.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
