Question: my weight is 75 n height 5'4 no medical issue
i want to lose 20 kg in 20 month

I understand your concern and dedication to reduce weight. But it is very difficult to achieve unless you are very regular.
For first start regular walking for about 2-3 kms daily and please send your intake chart(what do you eat daily, including tea/coffee/others) for suggestion regarding diet moderation.
And my sincere advise is, not to go for any medications to lose weight though many claim it as effective.

It may be difficult to stick to one diet . But the point is that the total calorie intake should not exceed 1400 in a day as you are a student with sedentary duties though some mention it as 1200.
So, please see below and plan your diet such that you have 300+ calories in morning, afternoon and evening equally with regular exercise for at least 3-4 months to reduce weight positively. I have mentioned average calorie for XXXXXXX diet below for your help.
