Let me emphasize on the fact that use of such belts would not help in reducing the additional fat and what you actually need is post partum exercise which ideally should have begun right after delivery. The use of belt is like applying talcum powder on your face in order to look fair; in reality it will not make any difference to your complexion.
Visit a physical therapist and learn the exercises that should help. Thereafter, continue to exercise daily.

Am in residing in a small town. Here physiotherapist was not available. Would u pls suggest what type of workouts to do.

I understand and would try to help. Straight leg raising is the simplest and yet effective exercise that should help you. Google out for 'post partum exercises', 'postpartum exercise techniques' and 'straight leg raising' and you should get enough guidance on the matter. (I could describe them but could not provide images and hence thought of this to be a better idea).
