Brief Answer:

You should start feeling better gradually by now.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since three weeks passed from stopping Oxycodone, you should start to feel better gradually as the time passes.

There are no exact timeframes about the complete resolution of the withdrawal symptoms, but one or two months are generally sufficient for the most of the withdrawal symptoms to disappear.

Although some psychological symptoms may last longer.

So, I'd suggest please be patient, you should start feeling better gradually.

If no improvement in a week or two, feel free to contact a detoxing center.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
