Brief Answer:
Could be due to an enlarged prostate. Needs to consult Urologist.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have urgency incontinence due to Enlarged Prostate which is common at this age.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
3) Serum PSA.
4) Uroflowmetry.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the meanwhile start taking antibiotic like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin along with Tamsulosin.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards,
Dr. P. T. Patil, Urologist
