Question: I have been in pretty sharp pain since 2 pm. Pain has moved down and more to right side. Been drinking lots of water and avoiding coke zero,tea and alcohol.I can't lay down to sleep because of the pain.
I am a type 1 diabetic.

- Consume capsule omeprazole ( 20 mg ) with tablet ibuprofen ( 400 mg ) for
instant pain relief if there is no history of sensitivity to these drugs.
- Take prescription for ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis for the final diagnosis and
further management at ER.
