Brief Answer:
Renal colicky pain

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us with your health concerns. I can understand your concern and will try to help you sort out your problems.

Sir you may be having renal colicky type pain. I would order an ultrasound abdomen to rule out kidney stones. It will also help us identify if the pain is related to splenic problems and splenomegaly. If both these conditions are ruled out, the pain will be attributed to muskuloskeletal pain which needs anti-inflammatory medication prescribed by any physician near your locality.

In the interim you can take ibuprofen tablets prophylactically. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any doubts.

I hope this info helps you sort out your problems and if you feel its helpful kindly give me user thank vote happy health!
