Question: Hi Doctor,
I have attached health reports of my wife. This is general health check up.
I see few results above the ref.range.
Can you please suggest if there is anything which we need to worry and treatments, if any.

I have gone through the attached report of your wife and would like to suggest the following:

- Her cholesterol levels seems to be on the higher side, which as of now, does not require any medical treatment. I would suggest her to make necessary lifestyle modifications.

- Rest all changes does not demand any particular attention as these are bound to have some lab variations.

I would say its best for her to keep a check on her diet, consume less fats and oily foods, do regular brisk walking for 30 mins daily. This should be enough at this stage. Also drink plenty of fluids.
