Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your age and history of pacemaker and the present symptoms which you are experiencing I would like to suggest you to get an ECG done as well as an echo cardiography to rule out any ongoing cardiac ischemia.

However burning sensation pains are mostly due to gastritis so I would like to suggest you to take any antacids like Pantoprazole 40 mg in empty stomach for 10 days once a day. Hopefully that only will solve the issue and avoid excessive caffeine intake or spicy or junk food.

If you have any ECG done during the time of this chest pain kindly upload the image of that ECG so that I can evaluate that and give my opinion.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
