Brief Answer:
diet plus medicines

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Please see that till doctor visit our aim should be minimum gall stone pain .
Please ask him to avoid fatty foods and protein rich foods.
As these stimulate gall bladder contraction and pain.
Instead of large meals he should take small meals.

For pain may take tab Drotoverine 40 mg two times and tab Pantoprazole 40 mg two times.
If there are associated nausea and vomiting then add tab Domperidone 10 mg two times.
All these are prescription drugs please contact your local GP doctor to get prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

With regards
Dr. Varinder
