Question: how would I go about getting a through mental check up, brain check up, and/or a physical examination, without health care?

I have a dent in my forhead and I want to know if its affecting me in any possible ways, for I also have a trouble growing even hair on the side with the dent.

Brief Answer:
First step evaluation by a Neurologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

If your main concern is the dent in your forehead, I don't see any reason to get examined mentally.

Since you don't have health care, you can get examined privately by a Neurologist as a first step in understanding better your condition.

Most of the indentations of the skull are harmless, especially when are noticed from a long time, changes in shape, or of the skin over and around, should be evaluated further.

The Neurologist may or may not ask for any imaging studies, it depends on the neurological examination results.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
