Brief Answer:
Possibly a chalazion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I looked at the pictures, and I think it may be a chalazion. It happens when an oil gland of an eyelid gets blocked up. It is best diagnosed by an eye doctor, either an optometrist or ophthalmologist. You can try home treatment of applying a very warm compress (such as a wash cloth that has been heated under hot running water and rung out) for at least 10 minutes, 4-6 times per day.

I'm including an article from the XXXXXXX Optometric Association on chalazions. It won't link if you click on it, so to see it you have to copy and paste it into your search bar.

Chalazions aren't dangerous, but they can be bothersome if they grow, so if the warm compresses do not take care of it, please do go in to be seen by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
