Brief Answer:
It seems related to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think this is related to any heart or lungs issues.
Taking count also that your tests on March were fine and no issues were found in lungs and heart I think this can be related to stress and anxiety.
I can advice you to check thyroid function doing T3 ,T4 and TSH and also do an heart ultrasound and ECG to check the heart congenital defect you have.
I believe this can be related to anxiety.
Better avoid long staying awake and working at night, avoid stressful situations avoid having coffee band caffeine beverages.
Training your breath and exercising may be helpful also. You can try to use herbal medications such vagostabyl before bed .

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
