Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Your symptoms don’t seem to be related to the heart.

If the chest pain is related to eating or hunger, it is indicative of a gastroesophageal reflux or indigestion.

The gas feeling is typical of the stomach.

So, try to relax and don’t worry about it!

There is no need for additional cardiac tests.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms don’t seem to be related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I would like to know if this pain is triggered by shoulder movements or deep breathing? Does it hurt when you put pressure on this site?

If the answer to the above questions is yes, I would conclude that this is just musculoskeletal inflammation or costochondritis.

Fibromyalgia may mimic this pain too.

Anyway, considering your past cardiac tests , I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Dr. Iliri

Based on your description I would completely exclude any cardiac issues.

Your symptoms are compatible with a musculoskeletal pain, probably costochondritis.

My opinion as follows:

Dear XXXXXXX

With your recent performed cardiac tests, I would exclude any serious cardiac disorders,

These heart rate fluctuations could be related to anxiety or dehydration.

Please try to relax and take plenty of fluids! Camomile tea can help.

Hope you will find this information helpful!
