Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that this is not consiered a straining physical activity.

Anyway, you can try to have some short breaks during the work, if you feel tired.

But, I don't think that you have anything to worry about! As I have explained to you before, you can feel free to exercise or work normally.

I would be glad to review all your tests as soon as you will be able to upload them for a second opinion.

Hope to have been helpful!

Let me know about everything!

Regards,

Dr. Iliri

Dear XXXXXXX

I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, based on your symptoms.

In my opinion, fibromyalgia or costochondritis are the main causes underlying your complaints.

So, there is no reason to panic.

Some ibuprofen can help improve your situation.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Wishing a nice weekend,
