Hi,

I understand your concerns.

I have seen your attached ultrasound report. Ultrasound report is absolutely normal. I dont see any problem in the report.

Your pain the abdomen ( stomach) could be due to gastritis (acidity). This can be caused due to stress, education, career issues or exams, change of place, new food habits etc...

Please take an antacid available over the counter morning and night before food for 15 days. This should give you relief for pain abdomen.
