Question: Hi, please someone help. I had surgery earlier today and Im trying to go to sleep but I have the chills. Is this normal? Am i bleeding out?

I think you got operated for Haemorrhoids (piles).Chills can be due to postoperative infection or inflammation.
If there is bleeding,it will be visible and the undergarments will become blood stained.
You should take Antibiotic and Anti inflammatory tablets.
It will come down.
